Little Winslow is what happens when three Adelaide mates Tom, Eds, and Cam combine a love of local wine, strong relationships, and doing things the right way.
We’re not here to slap a fancy label on a bottle and mark it up five times over. If you purchase a little winslow wine you know you’re getting what you paid for and some. We believe premium wine should be priced with integrity, made meticulously, shared generously, and never overhyped.
Local to the Adelaide Hills, Tom Jefferies is our in-house vine whisperer, has spent years advising premium winegrape growers across the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula and Barossa.
Through these relationships, we handpick standout fruit from standout growers, with no contracts tying us down. That means we chase the best varieties from the best sites within the best vintages. simple as that.
Eds Smart brings the charisma and keeps the good vibes rolling. He’s the life of the party, our comms and Insta guy, and the one making sure we stick together. The unnoficial people manager. Everyone loves Eds (and if you don’t yet, you will).
Cameron Burns is the one who keeps it all running. He’s our numbers man, strategist and tech wrangler. Without Cam, you wouldn’t get your favourite bottle on time, or at all. He makes sure we stay sustainable so the wine keeps flowing for years to come.
The name? We started in Littlehampton, and Winslow means “hill of wine” or “wine friends.” It just fit.
